Biography

Brendan joins our Team bringing 37 years experience in all facets of Commercial Real Estate. He started his career in the Nation's Capital where he leased millions of square feet of office space to Crown Corporations, the Federal Government and private sector tenants on behalf of pension funds, life insurance and private companies.

Currently he specializes in selling Investment real estate across all asset classes with an emphasis on multi-family products, selling thousands of apartments. In one 2011 transaction he acted on behalf of both Vendor and Purchaser in the Sale of a family owned apartment portfolio of over 1,000 suites.

Brendan is a common sense negotiator who gets results.
