The world-famous Parisian urban bakery café, Brioche Dorée, is actively seeking locations at bustling intersections throughout the City of Toronto.
Brioche Dorée is known for their fresh sandwiches, crisp salads, warm soups, flaky croissants, and delicious pastries.
Greg Rabin at Paracom Realty Corporation is handling the search. There are currently 14 locations across Canada. The chain is looking at location types that include Streetfront, Office Tower, Institutional and Food Court, in units of 600 to 2500 square feet.
Targeted areas have very high pedestrian and daytime population counts and include, but are not limited to: Dundas Square, Financial District, Discovery District, Yorkville, Queen W, The PATH, Midtown Yonge, Uptown Yonge, and busy transportation hubs.
